As something grows, it becomes larger, its roots dig deeper, and it becomes stronger and produces beneficial things like food or seed. A person’s relationship with Christ is very similar in nature. In order for something to grow and thrive, it must be fed and nurtured. Any relationship of value cannot thrive if it is ignored or starved. We believe that studying the Word of God and connecting with other Christ followers in biblical community are two vital steps toward spiritual growth. The Psalmist said, “Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.” (Psalm 119:105) The Bible gives direction and illumination so that we can walk into maturity as believers. Whether you join a home group or a campus group or Bible study, there are endless opportunities for growth with others here. It is our mission to love God as we lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
